I was watching the Democratic convention yesterday and saw Bill Clinton wearing some kind of a rope like bracelet on his right hand. Does anyone know what it is? I found that to be different for a past president, and unless it symbolizes something special, it would be interesting to know why he wears it. He also is wearing a yellow gold wedding band and a stainless steel watch on the same hand and a watch with stainless and gold would really coordinate well with his wedding ring. Just a thought...
